PHP Developer
This role is typically an in-office position in our Tampa office. However, remote positions are possible for the right candidates.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer
- In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework
- Hands on experience with SQL schema design, REST API design
- Experience with Software testing (PHPUnit)
- Strong understanding of OOP and TDD concepts
- Familiarity with modern libraries and frameworks. ie: Vuejs, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc
- Expertise in developing highly scalable and performant web applications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new software:
- Write efficient, reusable code to accomplish tasks dictated by stakeholders and prioritized and approved by department heads.
- Utilize PSR-2 and our variant PSR-TU coding standards
- Utilize Laravel, Lumen, Vue.js, PHP7/5 for any new projects as dictated by needs and team agreement
- Follow test-driven-development best practices as defined within the team
Maintain & improve existing software:
- Work in Trax, Laravel or other frameworks depending on scope
- Add programmatic testing wherever possible
Other Responsibilities:
- Be present for scheduled SCRUMs to discuss sprints, projects, tasks & tickets
- Utilize Slack (chat service) for internal daily communications
- Interact with Development, Product, and Support department heads as needed to complete assigned tasks
- Utilize Jira for project and development priority management
- Utilize BitBucket for code version control & code review
- Personally and programmatically test any new / modified code before submitting merge requests
- Review others’ code for bugs / logical errors / performance issues and approve / deny as appropriate

Business Development Manager
DESCRIPTION:
The primary responsibility of this position is to establish specialized Dealership, Reseller and Dealer Group relationships driving growth of dealership sales, service, and marketing solutions to clients in the Automotive, Powersports, Marine, and RV verticals. S/he identifies qualified targets, defines the value propositions and presents these unique proposals to the customers for review and determination of best paths forward. This position increases revenue for an established book of business for LotVantage, both upselling current clients and identifying new clients. This position requires at least two years of experience in a business development role and/or research and development role.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Engagement / Sale of new Dealership, Reseller, and Dealer Group relationships with LotVantage
- Identifying new revenue streams in order to achieve short-term and long-term growth and retention objectives
- Build professional network and remain current on issues impacting dealership business and sales
- Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
- Enhance Sales pipeline volume

Account Manager
Some travel required to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
DESCRIPTION:
This position will nurture customers, not only through the onboarding process, but also by educating them on the marketplaces we support, driving adoption across the LotVantage suite of services. The Account Manager will act as a consultant to the dealership, understanding their needs and expectations so we can help them utilize their services and execute on their marketing goals. This role will work closely with all levels of employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead interactive trainings; Onboard new customers over the phone
- Review budgets and submit monthly Facebook Advertising campaigns
- Respond in a timely manner to incoming tasks generated via life stream and HubSpot CRM
- Track customer interactions & notate in HubSpot
- Collaborate with Reseller Director/Sales and leadership to develop customer engagement plans, and implement across new and existing accounts
- Proactively monitor handsfree customers who are not posting or have expired credit cards and reach out to maintain hands-free experience and keep them engaged
- Build rapport with customers by explaining product and service capabilities and how they can maximize the benefits
- Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identify needs
- Monitor customers with low utilization and proactively reach out to understand their needs
- Submit any bugs/workflow issues/ etc. found in LV platform to technical support (to be escalated to product management.) Keep track of these and follow-up as needed.
- Share client feedback and product suggestions with product team (including cancelations)
EXPECTATIONS:
- 10 calls/day (5 proactive with NEW or existing customers, 5 can be reactive or support related)
- Monthly touch call with any dealer that spends over $500 in SaaS
- Report weekly activity, share during operations meeting and end of the week roll up
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of Account Management experience
- CRM experience
- Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients

Software Support Analyst
DESCRIPTION:
With the continued growth of social and classified marketplaces online, LotVantage provides a tremendous opportunity for an entrepreneurial, sales-focused, self-starter to grow with the company. This position will be responsible for assisting and troubleshooting issues related to our customers and our software. This person will be primarily in-house(non-remote), full-time (approximately 40 hours per week), and expected to work closely with staff members of all levels.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- This role reports to the Director of Product Implementation/CTO
- Learn and understand the purpose and functions of our products
- Assist customers with product/service issues via phone, email, and online chat
- Demonstrate proper escalation of issues through appropriate channels
- Keep proper documentation of customer and internal communication using our internal system
- Assist with Q/A of new development/ticket fixes as needed by the technology team as requested by the department head
- Management of data feed orders/setups as well as escalations of such tasks when necessary
- Assist with service/feature maintenance tasks as needed by the technology team
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners for employees
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests submitted
- Provide technical support across the company(in-person or over the phone)
- Set up accounts for new users
- Test new technology
- Add/remove new users to/from phone system
